Solution

Players are permitted one account. If we find evidence that you have more than one account, whether it be on the same IP or not, your user name and all IP addresses may be banned from our network. A ban on one game equals a ban on all games. Creating additional accounts in an attempt to circumvent a freeze or ban may result in your account(s) and IP address(es) being banned from our networks. If you have questions about a freeze or ban of your account(s), send an email to support@finalmotive.com. You should receive a reply within two business days.

DO NOT CREATE ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTS IN AN EFFORT TO CONTACT US.
