Solution If you are a member of a fleet which no longer has a Leader, due to being banned. You need to do the following.
In your private fleet forum hold an election to appoint a new leader. Ask all members in your fleet to vote for who they would like as the new fleet leader and sort it out among the fleet.
You can take as long as you need but we need all active members of the fleet to cast their vote publicly in the fleets private forum for our staff to review.

Once this has been completed, simply write to one of the game moderators and they will assist in appointing the new leader.
