The helpdesk is not manned 24/7, 365 days a year. Responses may take up to two business days. Saturday and Sunday are not business days. Tickets are responded to in the order received based on time of last activity. Each time you generate activity by "bumping" your ticket, you move it to the end of the line, further delaying response time.
Messages containing profanity, threats or insults are handled dead last if we bother with them at all. If you cannot be bothered to submit a respectful ticket, we cannot be bothered to send a respectful response.
